By accessing the Smartgolfcourses platform, integrating our technology into your golf course, or interacting with the Connected Fairway touchpoints, you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. The Ecosystem Framework
Our platform operates on a strict Win-Win-Win methodology.
- Course Architects (Partners): Integration of our smart signage is provided with zero upfront cost. Courses earn a clean Revenue Share based on the activations generated on their grounds.
- Brand Architects (Sponsors): Brands purchase qualified mental geolocation and targeted campaigns. All content must adhere to our premium brand safety guidelines.
- Golfers (Users): Access to the Silent Concierge is free and entirely optional. It is designed never to interrupt the traditional pace of play.
3. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property, including the NFC and QR Code infrastructure, software, the Smartgolfcourses PRO Academy™ content, and methodologies (The Method™, Golf Analogies for Business™), are the exclusive property of Smartgolfcourses. The use of our frozen terminology such as Connected Fairway and Silent Concierge is strictly regulated.
4. Limitation of Liability
Smartgolfcourses provides the technology layer. We are not responsible for the physical maintenance of the golf course, nor the fulfillment of third-party sponsor products, though we strictly vet our Brand Architects to ensure a premium standard.
5. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Hawaii, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the jurisdiction of Honolulu, HI.
